We kicked off 2019 with a continued desire to be better than our previous best. For us, this is a tall order and we are so excited to see what our team does with this challenge!

Because happy employees are productive employees, we are constantly searching for new ways to reward our staff for being their awesome selves. Our office is full of themed break-out rooms to boost creativity, and because they are just cool. We cover the four main food groups by stocking our diner with complimentary soda, coffee, water, and candy. Those over 21 can enjoy an adult beverage by utilizing the random beer button on the soda machine as long as they follow the general rule, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. We think gaming (which includes nerf-wars, kickball, D&D, and foosball) is a team-building activity, bring it on!

We believe in supporting the community of Boise, not only because it is the right thing to do, but because it is fun and helps keep Boise AWESOME (just don't tell anyone that doesn't already live here, unless of course they have mad coding skills, in which case feel free to send them our way). We have increased our sponsorship level with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival to include Season Partner, Production Sponsor, and volunteering. In addition, we continue to include the Boise Philharmonic, the Women's and Children's Alliance, Dress for Success, the Idaho Youth Ranch (Wine, Women and Shoes), and the Girl Scouts of Boise in our community philanthropic efforts.

We have refined our ArmgaSys Hatch Academy Program, and just LOVE the results! This paid Software Engineer Internship Program focuses on growing (hatching) Treasure Valley talent into the workplace. Upon completion of the program, the interns are likely to move out of the Hatchery and settle into their full time employee status. People come and people go, the BEST will stay.
