Company culture is a big deal to us. It begins with the “culture” interview, where the Ednetics team rallies to put a potential hire through the cultural paces. Our team brings interesting questions for our candidates to test the potential for good team chemistry. It’s important that we all want to work together and this serves as a key step to maintaining our culture.

When a new hire joins the team, the HR department rolls out the red carpet by issuing them a Nerf gun and some company branded swag. The hospitality continues throughout the year as we throw Happy Friday events and LAN parties keeping our quirkiness alive and sustained. Past events have included a zombie themed chili cook-off, wine and cheese party, a chocolate tasting and, of course, our epic LAN parties.

The team shares in company success with profit sharing, bonuses and swag as goals are achieved. Twice a year, we host themed company wide meetings at headquarters. The theme and activities are always a surprise for our team. The meeting serves as a company update and fun day for all offices to come together and make some personal connections.
