First Choice Home Health & Hospice

First Choice is one of the longest-standing home health and hospice companies in this community.  We have been providing home health and/or hospice care to medically vulnerable adults in the Treasure Valley since 2004. Our biggest asset is our caring and compassionate staff.  We consider ourselves to be one big family, and we couldn't be more blessed to have such a wonderful team of people helping us meet the needs of our patients.  Our mission is to positively affect the lives we touch - whether it is our patients, their families, or our staff - we always try to improve the lives of those with whom we come into contact.  We have several staff members who have been with First Choice since we opened our doors.  We think this says more about who we are as a company than anything else.  We love our staff!
