Microbe Formulas is on a mission to restore hope and health around the globe. We do this by creating solutions that work. Some of our solutions include an internal chronic wellness program, all natural herbal supplements, and high quality inspiring media.

From day one employees (FT and PT) have access to our products to assist them with their own wellness efforts. Additionally, as part of our core value of being "intentionally disruptive," we provide a monthly budget for each FT and PT team member to execute an "intentional act" at their sole discretion to another person (or persons) whether internal or external "just because." For our professionals, we encourage "side gigs" to help sharpen the saw, knowing that their efforts will make them a more skilled professional and help us execute our mission more effectively. Our onsite fitness facilities include free weights and a rock wall as well as a massage chair that team members are encouraged to use--on the clock--each day. Our team members all have access to Uplift desks to assist them with ergonomic changes in the day. Team members also have complimentary access to chiropractic services through a variety of providers at the Total Body Wellness Clinic in Meridian.
