Primary Health Medical Group offers a fun team environment where employees can grow and move within the company. We have a variety of shifts and locations and we encourage employees to move to different positions over their careers with PHMG, according to their personal, professional and family needs. Consideration for promotion from within is given before external candidates are hired. Several of our long-term employees have moved up to senior management level from entry level positions over the years.

PHMG is managed by a group of practicing physicians who work full time in our clinics. Decisions are made about processes, policies, and business growth knowing exactly the impact on our patients, providers, and staff.
