About Us: We are an independent anesthesia provider inside the St. Luke’s hospital system. Our benefits include medical, dental and vacation/sick leave. Between our pension and cash balance plan an employee receives a 16% contribution of all gross income into their retirement accounts. This is one of our richest benefits! We also have a 401K match in addition to that. We offer the flexibility our employees need to attend to their life not just their job.

Our YTO (Your Thoughts and Opinion) program allows team members on a volunteer basis to come to lunch, coffee, cocktails with management and tell us what’s on their mind. Everyone is eligible to participate in pay-for-performance where they can earn up to 8K annually for meeting pre-established goals. We have a quarterly newsletter, longevity bonuses, pay increases and premium pay for call shifts, holidays and weekends.
