FULL Creative started out in 1994 and we are headquartered in Portland Oregon. Since we started we’ve seen many changes and growth and along the way we’ve adopted a remote model and the philosophy that “Anywhere Works.” Today we are a business solutions company and our mission is to “change the way the world works.”

We are passionate about changing the world around us for the better. We spend a lot of time with our employees, training them and investing in their professional and personal growth. We are devoted to reducing our carbon footprint by providing our associates with the opportunity to work from home.

Our company is hired by our clients to do answering service type of work. We have associates who take inbound calls and they do order taking, appointment setting, live web chats and general offsite reception. We service about 5,000 clients nationwide. Our clients industries vary widely and we offer services to small, medium and large companies. We have retail clients, legal offices, medical facilities and quite a few service industries.
