Image is a Company that is built on customer service and trust...Customer Service includes working with outside customers as well as the next person that your product goes to whether it is paperwork, materials, partially completed signs, draft work, designs or whatever. If it is not your individual job, it impacts a customer of one sort are the other. We are all customers of each other and our motto is to always deliver a product that will make the next person's job easier (thus a more complete job). Trust is a big part of Image...everyone is trusted until they prove they cannot be trusted...persons that break that trust are disciplined and if it continues, they are terminated. Every person must be trustworthy to work here.

Image treats its employees like family but they expect their employees to be honest and they are honest with their employees. Financials are posted weekly so that everyone can see how the Company is doing.
